Switch to Lycamobile Plus

We have made it easy for you to switch your mobile number plus your balance or just your balance from your Lycamobile SIM card to a new Lycamobile Plus SIM card.

To do this you need just to follow these simple instructions.

If you want to move your mobile number AND your balance :

You have two possible options:
You can send a SMS to 2123 with the below information separated by space or comma:

In the text message your mobile number can be written with or without country code.

Example with country code: MIG 324923xxxxx 2457

Example without country code: MIG 04923xxxxx 2457
Or, once you have inserted your new LM Plus SIM card into your mobile phone device, you can use a short key (USSD) following the below format:
*108**< Last 4 digits of LM serial number >#

You need to type the last 4 digits of your serial number for BOTH your Lycamobile Plus and for your old Lycamobile number – you can write them with or without country code.

Example with country code: *108*324923xxxxx*2356#

Example without country code: *108*04923xxxxx*2356#

If you want to move ONLY your balance

In the case you don’t want to keep your existing number and you want to transfer only the balance left on your old Lycamobile SIM card there are few steps that you need to take.

You can choose in between the below two options:
You can send a text message to 2123 with the following content: < Lycamobile number>

Also in this case your old mobile number can be written with or without country code:

Example with country code: TRAN 324923xxxxx 2356

OR Example without country code: TRAN 04923xxxxx 2356

A second option is available to you:

insert your new Lycamobile Plus SIM card into your mobile phone device and dial the below short key:

*< 107>**< last 4 digits of LM serial number >#

Example with country code: *107*324923xxxxx*2356#

OR Example without country code: *107*04923xxxxx*2356#
