What you need to know when you buy from this online site.
1. Your contract with us

By ordering from us, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms which consist of the following elements:

    Terms related to the use of this site as well as the personal data protection policy
2. Your status

If you are an individual and you make an order, you must be 20 years old or older and domiciled in Tunisia or incorporated as a company in Tunisia to be able to purchase products or services from us.

3. Your order

When you order products and services from this site, we treat it as an offer from you to purchase those products and services. We may refuse to accept these orders for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with credit verification criteria, unavailability of products or services, errors on products or prices.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an e-mail describing the products and services you have ordered. These communications confirm that we have received your order, but this does not mean that we represent an acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We are not legally obliged to provide you with the products and services during the quotation process (before the contract is completed) and any similar products or services that have not been delivered to you do not form part of this contract.

4. Price - Payment

Despite our efforts, the information, discounts, promotions, e-coupons and prices on this site may sometimes be incorrect. However, we try to check them as part of our order processing and if we find an error we will contact you.

Prices include VAT, unless we say otherwise. If we are unable to provide the products or services for you, we will notify you and your card will be charged for the refund of the amounts involved. You will need to pay for products and services using your credit or credit card. If we cannot take payment of your credit or credit card, we will be obliged to cancel your order. If your order is cancelled, you can order again at any time.

Discounts may be subject to additional conditions, are not transferable and are only valid for the products and services to which they relate.

5. Availability and Delivery

We try to provide you with information about the availability of products and services on this site. Beyond what we say on these pages we cannot be more precise about availability and delivery dates. Delivery dates are estimated only and as we process your order, you will be informed if products or services on your order are unavailable or delayed for any reason.

6. Right to cancel and return products

If you are a consumer customer, you have the right to cancel your online order no later than 14 business days after the day you receive your products. This applies to all products, except for digital items and unsealed computer software such as music and games that have been unsealed or downloaded or used.

To cancel your order within this period and to arrange for the return of products please contact Customer Service or contact us.

If you decide to cancel your order please note the following points:

    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products (including additional items sent with your product such as chargers and headsets) unless we

    (i) provide you with the freedom to return the envelope or

    (ii) we have delivered them in error or

    (iii) the product has been damaged or defective on the date of delivery;

    You will need to take reasonable care of these products until they are returned or collected by us.

    We are entitled to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the products and missing items and we can deduct this from the amounts due from you;

    We will refund you the original purchase price (less any discounts we applied at the time of your purchase) for the products or services you cancel with the delivery charges (excluding priority delivery charges or express delivery costs) as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request;

    You will not be able to return the products once you have used them.

    Please see our defective return policy if you encounter problems with the products or services you have purchased from us.

7. Your Personal Information

You must provide us with accurate and complete information only when we ask you to provide such information. Please read our privacy policy to learn why and how we use your personal information and for more details on your rights with respect to that information.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible to you for everything:

    Loss of turnover or loss of opportunities;

    Loss of profits, income or profits;

    Loss of use of services;

    Loss resulting from delay or non-delivery of products or services; or

    Indirect losses, including any loss or damage that is not directly caused by us or that we could not reasonably have foreseen at the time the agreement was entered into.

    In any event, our maximum liability to you is capped at the lowest cost to replace the supporting documents, SIM cards or online Top Up you have purchased.

9. General

If you are a consumer, the terms of this Agreement do not affect the legal rights you may have under any law and we cannot exclude it. We will send you notices by e-mail, post, text, voicemail or any other form of electronic message, please let us know if your contact information changes so that we can contact you regarding your order or your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Tunisian Republic and are subject in the event of a dispute to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Tunis.
