You'll need to complete all steps for these settings to work.
The phone has a four-way directional Navi key and two soft keys on either side of this. The Navi key can also be pressed in to select options.
Select the Menu (press Navi key)
Highlight Settings and Select (press Navi key)
Highlight Configuration and Select (press Navi key)
Highlight Personal configuation settings and Select (press Navi key)
Select Add new (press Navi key)
Highlight Web and Select (press Navi key)
Highlight Account Name and Select (press Navi key), enter lycamobile then OK (press Navi key)
Highlight User name : lmfr then OK (press Navi key)
Highlight Password : plus ,verify new password and again select OK (press Navi key)
Highlight Use preferred access point and Select (press Navi key), highlight No and Select (press Navi key)
Highlight Access point settings and Select (press Navi key): data.lycamobile.tn
Highlight Proxy and Select (press Navi key): off
Highlight disable and Select (press Navi key)
Highlight Packet data access point and Select (press Navi key), enter data.lycamobile.tn and OK (press Navi key)
Skip past Network type this should be set to IPv4
Skip past Authentication type, this should be set as Normal
Press Back three times (right soft key)
Highlight lycamobile and press Options (left soft key)
Highlight Activate and Select (press Navi key)
Press Back (right soft key) four times.
